LibraryAI (“the App”) is operated by Daniil Sukhov, an individual developer. This page explains how to get help when you use the App and related services connected to https://bookshelf-dahcjukuo-taptableapp6-1917s-projects.vercel.app.

In-app: open Settings → Support to send a message from inside the App. We receive your user id and the email on your account so we can reply.
3. What to include
If you report a problem, please include your app version and device (for example iOS 18, LibraryAI 1.0) and, when possible, steps to reproduce the issue. That helps us respond faster.
4. Response time
We aim to reply within a few business days. Complex issues may take longer; we will acknowledge receipt when we can.
